Dried leaves of lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus, or Takrai in Thai) is a source of essential vitamins and minerals, include vitamins A, C, B, Folate, Magnesium, Copper, Calcium, Iron, Phosphorus, Potassium and Manganese. It used for treating stomachache, high blood pressure, convulsions, pain, rheumatism, headache, common cold, vomiting and nausea. Refreshing and energizing, it perfect for hot or iced teas.

Contraindications: Individual intolerance.
Take 1-2 table spoons of lemongrass, put into glass teapot and add 60-80 ml of hot water (95-100°C). Let it soak for 20-30 seconds and then drain water out. Add 250 ml of fresh hot water and let drink to infuse 7-10 minutes. Serve drink hot or cold.
